Booking Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, up to two callback attempts will be made. Missed sessions may be treated as completed and are non-refundable.
